    • It can benefit your mood – Other studies have been completed that decided that drinking tea can be incredibly good for your mental health and it is especially good for your individual mood at any particular time. Green tea does have caffeine and so this can help with brain function and it has been linked to a much lower incidence of impairment when it comes to your cognitive skills as you get older.
    • It helps to burn fat – If you are currently trying to lose some excess weight then green tea influences your metabolism in a very positive way. It helps your body to break down fat more easily and so a cup of chamomile tea before your workout is just what the doctor and personal trainer ordered.
    • You might live longer – chamomile tea has been found to help fight against certain cancers and it helps to reduce your incidence of heart disease. All of this means that you will hopefully live longer and you are referred back to the previous information that was told to you about how Japanese people drink chamomile tea every single day and they live the longest.

    There are so many health benefits to be enjoyed by drinking this very tasty and easy-to-make beverage. It doesn’t make any sense then that you would exclude it from your diet because it tastes so good.
